Who is Kevin DeYoung?
Kevin DeYoung is the senior pastor of Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, North Carolina. He has been a full-time preacher since he was 26, including his 13-year stint at the Collegiate Reformed Church in East Lansing, Michigan. He is also an Associate Professor of Systematic Theology at the Reformed Seminary in Charlotte.
Kevin enjoys reading and learning and is the author of over 20 books. He holds a Master of Theology degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. At the University of Leicester, he studied early modern history, focusing on Scottish Presbyterian/theologian John Witherspoon, one of the founding fathers of America.
Kevin and his wife Trisha are happily married and have nine children. While he often indulges in the joys of his parenting, he enjoys exercising such as running, swimming, and biking.
