If you’re in the Philippines, you are most likely familiar with the MMFF. The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) is a yearly cinematic event coordinated by the Metro Manila Development Authority and conducted nationwide in the Philippines.
This year, we decided to watch Rewind and we never regretted what we watched. It’s a powerful reminder of how precious time.
The 2023 film “Rewind” delves into the realm of romance and drama, focusing on a man grappling with guilt over his life decisions. The storyline explores the intriguing concept of how individuals might alter their choices if given the chance to revisit the past.
Minus the profanity, I highly recommend this movie—REWIND. It’s a must-watch for families and friends.
8 LESSONS I learned from Rewind:
- The company you worked hard for can easily replace you. Don’t make it your priority.
- Recognition, awards, and accomplishments will eventually fade. However, the memories you have with your family will serve as your treasure forever.
- Learn to forgive and don’t let bitterness, anger, and resentment ruin your present and future.
- Life is unpredictable. You will never know when your time will be over, as well as the lives of your loved ones. So, seize every opportunity to be with your family.
- You can always talk to God through prayer. He is always there for you.
- You may never understand what you’re going through; you simply have to trust that God has the best plan for you.
- Time is the best gift you can give to your children.
- Live the best way you can because, in life, there is NO rewind.
