πŸ“… Peer Pressure – Daily Bible Reading

March 27, 2022

Today’s reading: Proverbs 13:20

Peer pressure

Peer pressure can be positive or negative. In Matthew 21:1-11, we see how the people warmly welcomed and praised Yahshua as He entered Bethphage. All of the multitudes followed Yahshua and shouted Hosanna.

However, after just a few weeks, perhaps the same people who shouted β€œHosanna” are the same people who were now shouting, β€œCrucify Him.”

You see, human beings have this herd mentality.

They begin to behave the way the people around them behave.

Peer pressure can be a wonderful thing, but it can also lead to a lot of trouble.

What makes the difference is the people whom you spend your time with.

Proverbs 13:20 tells us:

20 He who walks with wise men will be wise,
But the companion of fools will be destroyed.Β

So, choose your companions wisely.
