We know our strengths when we face difficult people or difficulties.
Do we take the straight path to deal with them? If we persevere and do our work with truth and truthfulness then surely we will get the blessings of the Lord and we can gladly ask for the same blessings from him and the Lord always maintains His grace on His chosen servants.
