What God Purposes, He Fulfills

Did you know that God has a purpose for your life? Yes, that’s right! However, sometimes, we want our own purpose and not God’s purpose. As a result, we find ourselves in places we are not supposed to be in. Then, when that happens, we suffer from the wrong choices that we make in life.

If you want to be successful in life, then you’ve got to make God’s purpose your ultimate purpose in life. This is what Moses thousands of years ago decided to do.

The story of Moses begins amidst a dark chapter in history, where the cry of newborns echoed in the shadow of Pharaoh’s decree to slaughter Israelite male infants. Moses’ mother tried to hide him for three months, but when she couldn’t hide him anymore, she put him in a basket and let him float on the Nile River.

Yet, in the midst of this terror, God’s hand moved to save Moses from the clutches of death, guiding him safely through the perilous waters of the Nile. Moses was supposed to be dead, yet, God perfectly timed everything, which caused the daughter of the Pharaoh to find Moses.

We know the story. Pharaoh’s daughter looked for a nurse for Moses, who turns out to be his mother!

Raised amidst the splendor of the Egyptian palace, Moses grappled with a profound sense of identity. Despite the luxuries surrounding him, his heart remained intertwined with his Hebrew heritage, a connection that would shape the course of his life.

It was a single act of compassion that altered Moses’s trajectory, as he stepped forward to defend a fellow Hebrew from oppression. Fleeing the consequences of his actions, Moses sought solace in the vast expanse of the wilderness, far from the familiarity of palace halls.

In the quiet solitude of Midian, Moses wrestled with questions of purpose and destiny, unaware of the profound role he would play in God’s unfolding plan. Yet, even in the remoteness of the desert, God’s voice echoed in the depths of his soul, calling him to a higher purpose.

Through moments of doubt and uncertainty, Moses answered God’s summons, embarking on a journey fraught with challenges and miracles alike. With each step, he learned to trust in God’s unwavering guidance, finding strength in the knowledge that he was part of something greater than himself.

The story of Moses is a testament to the transformative power of God’s purpose in our lives. It reminds us that even in our moments of doubt and fear, God remains steadfast in His commitment to fulfill His divine plan through us.

Yes, there are times when we want our way instead of God’s way. There are times when things don’t make sense and following God is the most illogical thing to do. However, we just have to live by faith and not by sight.

What we see might tell us that it’s over, but God sees the bigger picture and has already established His purpose for you.

Thus, the question now is, “Will you allow God to fulfill His purpose in your life?” If you answer yes, then be strong and of good courage because what God purposes, He will surely fulfill!
