How to deal with someone who sinned against you? [1-minute video]

Transcript

Did someone sin against you? How did you deal with it? Did you gossip about it? Did you try to simply ignore it? Or, did you hate that person for life?

Thankfully, Yahshua or popularly known as Jesus Christ taught us what to do when someone sinned against us.

Let’s read Matthew 18:15-17:

“Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.”

The key here is communication. We need to talk to each other to solve the problem and prevent further problems in the future. It’s best to deal with the sin right from the start rather than let it drag on for a long time.

And that my friend is how you deal with a sinning brother.
