Satan has a lot of secrets he doesn’t want you to know.
Because if you do, he will be less effective in trying to destroy you.
One of his biggest and dirtiest secrets is this:
He is the god of this world.
Yes, you read that right.
It is quite a shock to most people, but the Bible reveals that Satan is currently the god of this world.
We read 2 Corinthians 4:4:
4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Aside from this, we read in 1 John 5:19:
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.
These verses and others I haven’t mentioned, prove that Satan is currently ruling this world.
Thus, it should not be a surprise for us that we see a lot of chaos, suffering, and destruction all around us in a world ruled by Satan.
Thankfully, one day, God will remove Satan and establish God’s Kingdom on this earth.
