  1. For the living person, yes the can say that its not immediate. You can compare it to those who are working at night shift (10pm – 6am). That 8-hour duty is a long hours of work. But if you are just sleeping at home, that same number of hours feels like immediate. Most of the time you still want to sleep because you feel that you just close your eyes a minute ago. It is also like for those who are in a comatose situation. They are just like sleeping for days, weeks or months. The moment they woke up, they don’t feel that they were sleeping for a long time. Always remember that people who are dead in Christ are just like sleeping. The next time they open their eyes, they are facing the judgement seat of Christ. And after that they will be with Christ in his kingdom. They will not feel that they were sleeping for thousands of years, it feels like immediate.
