Be Kind: You Never Know What People are Going Through

Here’s a powerful and moving video containing a serious message why we should be kind to people whom we meet. Read the rest of the blog as well to truly understand why we must choose kindness over rudeness.

Do you know why we should be kind to everyone?

Yes, to everyone.

That includes

  • the man who cut you off in traffic;
  • the lady in the cafeteria who doesn’t smile;
  • the security guard who doesn’t greet you properly;
  • the professor who is not in the mood to teach his class;
  • and the beggar who has been under the sun all day asking for alms.

Basically, what I’m trying to say is that you need to be nice to everyone no matter who they might be.

From the least to greatest, you need to treat them with the same respect, love, and compassion.

Let me show you what I’m talking about.

In this post, let me share an inspiring and I would say mind-provoking video.

Here it is. Please watch from the beginning to the end.

It shares a deep and emotional message for everyone to hear.

I like the last message of the video.

It says:

If you could stand in someone else’s shoes…

Hear what they hear…

See what they see…

Feel what they feel…

Would you treat them differently?

Such a powerful message.

So, be kind to the people you meet today.

You never know what they are going through.

Everyone has their own story.

Anyone might be going through some tough time.

The least you can do is be nice to them.

You never know what a simple smile, kindness, or politeness would mean to them.

A little kindness can go a long way and who knows, it might be the very thing that will brighten up their day and turn their life around.

The Bible instructs us:

“And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you” (Ephesians 4:32).

So, this is not something I suggest or I just came up.

Being kind to one another is PART of our Christian duty.

It is not something that is optional, but it should define who we are as followers of Yahshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ).

So, be kind – even to the unkind.

This world is much, much, much BETTER when everyone is kind. 🙂
